| Exchange Disseminated Time | Modi Rubber Ltd has informed BSE that that Mr. S. C. Tripathi and Mr. N. P. Gupta, Special Director's, Nominee of BIFR, on the Board of the Company, has ceased to be the Director of the Company as a result of withdrawn of nomination by the BIFR vide their letter dated March 18, 2010, as the Net Worth of the Company turned positive.
Further the Company has informed that, BIFR vide their order dated February 23, 2010 discharged the Company from the purview of SICA with the directions that "the unimplemented provisions of the SS-08 for the unexpired period of the scheme would be implemented by the concerned agencies and their implementation would be monitored by the Company". |
