| Exchange Disseminated Time | VTM Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 21, 2010, has approved the following:
- During the current year, the Company is expanding its capacity by installation of additional 30 Looms to augment production capacity at a most of Rs. 855 Lacs. This will be met from own sources.
The Company is also adding one more wind mill with a capacity of 2.1 MW to reduce the power cost at an estimated cost of Rs. 1112 Lacs with financial assistance from bank. This Wind Mill installation is complete and is expected to commence generation shortly. |
