| Exchange Disseminated Time | Morarjee Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 16, 2009, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the Company's Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Shobhan Thakore & Mr. Pradipta Mohapatra as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company for the current year ending March 31, 2010 to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and to fix their remuneration. |
