| Exchange Disseminated Time | Celebrity Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors had allotted 9300 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 20/- per share on conversion of stock options issued under Employees Stock Option Plan 2005.
Further the Company has informed that, consequent to the above allotment the paid up share capital of the Company had been increased from Rs 17,83,24,210/- comprising of 1,78,32,421 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 17,84,17,210/- comprising of 1,78,41,721 equity shares of Rs 10/- each. |
