We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company at its meetings held today i.e on October 11, 2017 approved the issue and allotment of 26000000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each to the Qualified Institutional Buyers at the issue price of Rs. 3.05/- per equity shares including premium of Rs. 2.05/- per equity shares aggregating to Rs 7.93/- Crore.
