| Exchange Disseminated Time | PTC India Financial Services Ltd (PFS) has informed BSE that Shri T. N. Thakur, Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), has resigned from the post of CMD of PFS w.e.f. October 11, 2012 in the meeting of the Board of Directors held on September 25, 2012 and the Board has accepted the same.
The Company has further informed that the Board in its meeting held on September 25, 2012 has appointed Shri Deepak Amitabh, as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. October 11, 2012 or date of his joining PFS whichever is later.
The Company has also informed that Mrs. Rama Murali, Director, has resigned from the Board of the Company. |
