2. the undertaking and businesses known as Electronics (Systronics, Telerad and Sarabhai Electronics Research Centre (SERC)) Division to Systronics (India) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
3. Sarabhai Common Services Division to Mautik Exim Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. |
