| Exchange Disseminated Time | Cerebra Integrated Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 11, 2011, inter alia, has proceeded to allot the following securities:
1. Issue of 1661000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 18.54 each to Strategic Investors on Preferential basis, upon exercise of options by the Warrant holders.
2. Issue of 3443750 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 22.00 each to Strategic Investors on Preferential basis.
3. To infuse capital in to one of India's largest distributor of IT products, Geeta Monitors Pvt Ltd., to acquire 51% stake in Geeta Monitors Pvt., Ltd., for an all cash deal. |
