Steel Ltd has now informed BSE that due to unavoidable circumstances, the Board Meeting is rescheduled and now will be held on May 30, 2016.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report, Trading by Insiders", the trading window for the dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 18, 2016 till May 31, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
