| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Sahara Housingfina Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2012, has passed resolution approving the allotment of Unlisted, Unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures [classified as "subordinated debt" under Clause (zd) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 2 of Chapter - I and constituting 'Tier-Il' Capital of the Company as per the Housing Finance Companies (NHB) Directions, 2010), of the face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac) each for cash, aggregating to Rs. 25,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Crores) on Private Placement basis to Sahara India Financial Corporation Limited, a public limited Company, registered with the Reserve Bank of India to carry on the business of non-banking financial institution. |
