| Exchange Disseminated Time | Compuage Infocom Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 14, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010 and the Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the year ended on that date, along with the Director's Report and Auditor's Report thereon.
2. Declared dividend of @ Rs. 2 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company (i.e. 20%).
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Vijay Agarwal as a Director of the Company (who retired by rotation and being eligible, offered himself for re-appointment).
4. Appointment of M/s. B. V. Dalal & Co. Chartered Accountants as Auditors from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and authorised the Board of Directors to fix their remuneration.
5. Appointed Ms. Preeti Trivedi as Director of the Company.
6. Approval for raising long term fund in the Company. |
