Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the duly authorised IPP Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has by a resolution dated January 29, 2013 decided to allot 21,926,230 Equity Shares to successful applicants at an issue price of Rs. 166 per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs. 3,639.75 million, under the institutional placement programme in terms of Chapter Vlll-A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended.
