| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vardhman Spinning & General Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have approved the alteration in Clause III - Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company by deleting the existing Sub-clauses (1) to (6) related to the textile business and inserting the Sub-clause (1).
Further the Company has informed that pursuant to deletion of Sub-clauses (1) to (6) and insertion of new Sub-clause (1), the existing Sub-clause (7) to (41) of Clause III have been renumbered as (2) to (36). |
