| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/07/2016 20:07:36 | Maithan Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 23, 2016 to August 29, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 29, 2016.
Further, the Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) for providing e-voting facilities to its members to enable them to exercise their right to vote at the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM). The e-voting rights of the member/beneficial owners shall be reckoned in proportion to the equity shares held by them in the Company as on August 22, 2016 being cut off date fixed for this purpose. |
