In view of the above, the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window will be closed from August 06, 2016 to August 15, 2016 and all the Directors/Designated Employees/Auditors of the Company shall not deal in any transaction involving purchase or sale of Company’s securities during the period when trading window is closed. |
