1. To discuss on the Payments Banks Guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India and applying for the license for the Payments Bank in the capacity of Corporate Business Correspondent.
2. To consider and appoint Mr. T. Sitharthan as Nominee director, representing the Life Insurance Corporation of India on the board of the Company.
3. To discuss and consider change in logo aid tag lines of the company and the projects / undertaken / to be undertaken by the Company. |
