Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (the "Code") pursuant to the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the Code, from October 31, 2015 till the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on November 09, 2015, for the purpose of consideration of un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. |
