Margo Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on August 11, 2016 has appointed Mr. Sushilkumar Krishna Agrawal, as Non-Executive Director, liable to be retire by rotation of the Company with effect from August 11, 2016, subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Further, the designation of Mr. Amit Kumar Rampal Singh has been changed from Non Executive Independent Director to Non Executive Non Independent Direct, liable to be retire by rotation, w.e.f. August 11, 2016.
