| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Company's Mandatory Conversion Notice, the Company has received a Conversion Notice from Clearwater Capital Partners (Cyprus) Ltd, the Bondholder, through the Bank of New York, the Principal Paying and Conversion Agent, for conversion of 5966 FCCBs into 19,54,196 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each @ Rs. 135/- per equity share in the capital of the Company. The conversion date is January 30, 2012.
Accordingly, a meeting of the Securities Issue Committee of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 30, 2012, to consider the issue and allotment of 19,54,196 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up @ Rs. 135/- per share in the Capital of the Company. |
