Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Mr. Omkar Mhamunkar also ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company. Further, we hereby inform you that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the trading window will remain closed from 9th May, 2017 to 11th May, 2017 (i.e. till conclusion of 48 hours of the intimation).
