1. To fix the Date of Closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company for the purpose of Declaration of Dividend and for 34th Annual General Meeting.
2. In terms of the Company's Code of practices & procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information alongwith Code of Internal procedures and code of Conduct of prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from 29th July, 2017 to 11th August, 2017 (both days inclusive).
