Financial Technologies (India) Ltd replied stating "We wish to inform you that without prejudice, a confidential proposal through our legal advisor M/s. Amarchand Mangaldas has been forwarded.
We do not wish to further comment on the same.
As a responsible corporate, any price sensitive information pertaining to operations or performance of the Company, any definitive decision or announcement or such other information as required under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement, will be first notified to the Stock Exchanges to comply with the Listing Agreement, as we have adhered in the past." |
