1. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING :
The 10th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 23, 2017 at 3.45 p.m. at Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Oricon House, 6th Floor, Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce path, Kalaghoda, Mumbai - 400 001.
2. RECORD DATE & CUT OFF DATE :
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. August 16, 2017 is also declared as the cut-off date for the purpose of reckoning the shareholders eligible to vote on the Resolutions proposed at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
