Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 17, 2016 to May 26, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
