| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Den Networks Ltd has informed BSE that the Securities Issue Committee of the Company (the "Committee") has, by a resolution dated May 08, 2013, approved the issuance of 1,24,66,321 Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 217.50 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 207.50 per Equity Share), aggregating up to Rs. 2711.42 million, to Qualified Institutional Buyers, pursuant to Chapter VIII of the SEBI Regulation. Further the Company has informed that, the Committee has also passed necessary resolutions fixing the Issue Closing Date for the said Placement as being May 07, 2013 and approving the Placement Document in this regard. |
