| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/08/2015 20:02:11 | IndiaNivesh Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2015, have accorded their consent for the following:
1. Divestment of its entire stake in "IndiaNivesh Investment Advisors LLP" (Sponsor of IndiaNivesh Venture Capital Fund) (100% - wholly owned subsidiary)
The divestment has been done in favour of IndiaNivesh Capitals Limited (80%) and first Bridge Capital Partners LLP (20%).
Consequently, IndiaNivesh Investment Advisors LLP ceases to be the subsidiary of the Company.
2. Ratification of the decision taken by the Committee of the Board in their meeting held on August 13, 2015 for investment in “K.L Enterprises LLP" of Rs. 1,00,000/- amounting to 0.02% along with IndiaNivesh Securities Limited (99.98%) (Subsidiary Company). Also, the Company will be one of the Designated Partner along with IndiaNivesh Securities Limited in the LLP. |
