Further Board will also consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2017-18.
Further in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Regulation, the trading window for trading in the Company’s equity share was closed from October 09, 2017 to October 25, 2017 (both days inclusive) for designated employees of the Company as defined in the Code. |
