- The Board taken note that the Company completed acquisition of immovable property situated at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh by registering the title document on February 08, 2016. The property is a shopping mall of area aggregating to approx. 4,00,000 Sq. Ft. The Company may deal with the property on sale and revenue model basis. This announcement is furtherance to the Company's earlier disclosure on July 02, 2014 in relation to the said property. |
