| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the Open Offer to acquire upto 45,54,680 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each representing 26% of the paid-up equity share and voting capital of Sayaji Hotels Ltd ("Target Company") at a price of Rs. 130/- per equity share ("the Offer Price") by Mr. Raoof R. Dhanani ("the Acquirer") and Mrs. Anisha R. Dhanani ("the PAC") in accordance with Regulation 3(2) & 3(3) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, Systematix Corporate Services Ltd ("Manager to the Open Offer") has informed BSE that Offer made by the Acquirer and the PAC vide the Public Announcement ("PA") dated February 06, 2013 and subsequent Detailed Public Statement ("DPS”) dated February 13, 2013 is delayed from its tentative schedule. The shareholders of the Target Company are requested to note that the revised date of commencement of the Tendering Period ("TP") of the Offer will be intimated on receipt of SEBI final observations. |
