| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled to be held on March 25, 2013, Dynamatic Technologies Ltd has now informed BSE that, in the said announcement,
1. The ‘Relevant Date’ should be read as "February 22, 2013" instead of "February 23, 2013" in item 2 of the Special Business relating to preferential allotment and in its corresponding Explanatory Statement,
2. ‘Six months’ should he read as ‘26 weeks’ in point 3 in the Explanatory Statement for Item 2.
In this regard, the Company has submitted BSE a copy of the "Corrigendum to the Notice" published in the newspapers on March 05, 2013. |
