| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier letter dated March 03, 2014, wherein it was informed that Mr. Mukesh Sharma had been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. February 26,2014, In this connection, DCM Ltd has now informed BSE that Mr. Yadvinder Goyal has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Mr. Mukesh Sharma with effect from November 15, 2014 as per decision taken by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on November 14, 2014.
Further, Mr. Mukesh Sharma will act as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company till November 14, 2014. |
