    February 3, 2014, and as per the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in shares of the Company will be closed from October 30, 2017 to November 14, 2017 (both days inclusive) due to the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on November 10, 2017, for adoption of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended September 30, 2017
