| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bharat Gears Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on May 29, 2009, inter alia, have passed the following Special Resolutions, which are in supplemental to the earlier Special Resolutions passed, in this regard, in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on July 31, 2008:
1. Approval of increase in the remuneration of Mr. Surinder P Kanwar, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2008 for period of 2 years.
2. Approval of remuneration of Mr. Sameer Kanwar, Joint Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. June 01, 2008 for period of 5 years. |
