Software (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 19, 2010, have approved the allotment of 400000 equity shares infavour of Mr. Rajnit Rai Jain, the Promoter and the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company on conversion of the last tranche of 400000 equity warrants out of the total ceiling of 1000000 equity warrants of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 9.50 per warrant allotted to him on preferential basis on February 28, 2009.
The Company has received the balance 90% of the application / allotment money for 400000 equity shares amounting to Rs. 7020000/- on June 18, 2010 from the aforesaid Promoter. |
