1. Cancellation of Preferential Issue of Warrants that was approved at the Board Meeting held on February 10, 2015 and
2. Cancellation of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company which was proposed to be held on March 14, 2015 to appoint Mr. Krishen Dev as an Independent Director of the Company by way of Postal Ballot. |
