Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from October 26, 2016 to November 16, 2016, i.e. from the Twenty Sixth day of the month following the quarter till 48 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the Meeting. |
