| Exchange Disseminated Time | Viceroy Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 04, 2009, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following:
1. Approved the term loan of Rs 5.00 crores sanctioned to the Company by Lakshmivilas Bank.
2. Approved the Rupee term loan of Rs 22.00 crores sanctioned to the Company by State Bank of India for the Chennai project.
3. Approved the Rupee term loan of Rs 28.25 crores sanctioned to the Company by Canara bank for the Bangalore Project. |
