The Trading Window, as defined in the Company's Code of Conduct pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 shall remain closed for designated employees which includes Directors and 0fficers from October 13, 2016 to October 26, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors for taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
