| Exchange Disseminated Time | Creative Eye Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 24, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following :
1. The Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and Directors' Report and Auditors' Report thereon were adopted.
2. Mr. M. R. Sivaraman, Director of the Company who retired by rotation was re-appointed as director of the Company.
3. Mr. T. K. Choudhary, Director of the Company who retired by rotation was re-appointed as director of the Company.
4. M/s. Uttam Abuwala & Co., Chartered Accountants, Auditors of the Company were re-appointed as Auditors of the Company. |
