Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading', the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, July 31, 2017 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of Quarterly Results to the exchanges.
