| Exchange Disseminated Time | Blue Star Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 28, 2015 to consider and approve interalia the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Further, pursuant to the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 in terms of the Company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed from July 08, 2015 to July 30, 2015 (inclusive of both days). |
