(SLPL), we would like to inform you that GSPL has been allotted 8730 No. of Equity Shares in SLPL having face value of Rs.10/- each at Rs. 10 per Share on 6th February, 2018. Pursuant to this GSPL now holds 11% of paid up Equity Share Capital of SLPL.
