1. To consider and take on record Audited Financial Results for the period ended March 31, 2014 (18 months) (The company has extended its accounting year for a period of 18 months vide ROC approval dated October 01, 2013 and thus the financial results are for extended accounting year from October 2012 to March 2014)
2. To recommend the final dividend, if any, for the period ended March 31, 2014.
3. To fix the date of the Annual General Meeting of the Company
4. To fix the date of the Book Closure for the purpose of AGM and / or Dividend. |
