| Exchange Disseminated Time 10/11/2015 15:29:12 | Apte Amalgamations Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Jashwant Bhaichand Mehta, WhoIe Time Director of the Company has resigned with immediate effect. He was appointed as the Whole time Director as stated under the Provisions of Section 203 read with Rule 8A of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules 2014 of the Companies Act, 2013. However he continues to remain the Director of the Company.
Mr. Rajesh Motilal Loya is appointed as the Whole Time Director of the Company with immediate effect to constitute the Key Managerial Personnel and abide by the provisions of Section 203 read with Rule 8A of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014, of the Companies Act, 2013. |
