1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010 and Profit and Loss Account for the financial year ended March 31, 2010 together with Directors’ Report and Auditors’ Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Dr. L M Ramkrishnan & Shri. M Chinnayan as Directors of the Company.
3. Appointment of M/s. N C Rajagopal & Co, Chartered Accountants, Erode, the retiring auditors, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting on such remuneration, terms & conditions. |
