We have to inform you that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company at its meeting held on July 27, 2017, has cancelled 47,000 stock options which were granted, vested but have not been exercised and have consequently elapsed, as per the terms of the Employee Stock Options Scheme, 2003. Upon Cancellation, no stock options are outstanding pursuant to Employee Stock Options Scheme, 2003.
