| Exchange Disseminated Time | Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following :
1. Approved, subject to approval of the members, sub-division of face value of Equity Shares, by sub-dividing each equity share of Rs. 10/- into 2 (two) Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each.
2. Postal Ballot shall be conducted to obtain consent of the members for the sub-division of shares, appropriate alteration to the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company and increasing the borrowing powers of the Board of Directors. |
