1. Special Resolution for dividing the Objects Clause as Main Objects; Objects Incidental or Ancillary to the attainment of the Main Objects; and Other Objects pursuant to the Section 13 of the Companies Act, 1956 and amendment of the Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company pursuant to Section 17 of the Companies Act, 1956.
2. Special Resolution pursuant to Section 149(2A) of the Companies Act, 1956 for commencement of new business activities. |
