Further, the Company has informed to all the "specified persons” that Trading Window shall remain closed from November 04, 2015 to November 13, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Thus, “specified persons” are prohibited from trading in the Company’s equity shares during the said period. |
