| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shriram EPC Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve the following resolutions, by way of Postal Ballot.
1. Resolution under Section 372A of the Companies Act, 1956 for making investment, providing loan or guarantee or security to the extent of Rs. 400 crores in tranches in Corporates, Associate/Group Companies from time to time.
